Mille Crepe

First time tasted this cake at food foundry and it was so nice.. Though the cream was layered by layered between the crepes but it was still crispy and refreshing taste as we ordered the vanilla Mille crepe..

Can't remember where I have the recipe of this crepe..

However, the cake was a failure because I had over beat the whipping cream.. It had made the crepes too wet..

Definitely I will try to make this cake again coz I like this cake so much..
