Started to bake cake when I accidentally saw the photos from my Facebook friends.. Their cakes were so beautifully baked and a lot of cupcakes, breads, Swiss rolls and etc..
I have tried the first Oreo cheesecake which did not require an oven.. It turned out quite great but it was a little bit chewy.. Maybe it was because of the gelatin powder made it chewier.. Adapted from Carien.. Thanks to Carien's recipe..
My hubby loved this cake and I will try to make more cheesecake in future because my hubby is a cheesecake lover..
